Jennifer Lopez was definitely one of the first few female stars to have publicly embraced her curves in a world that was dominated by size zero models and unattainable beauty ideals. The mother of two was recently revealed as the cover star of InStyle Magazine December 2018 issue where she shows off her enviable body in a sequinned Valentino cape – worn as a sideless dress in a way only Jlo could pull off!
According to Jlo,
I was just being myself. ‘In my family, curves were glorified and part of the culture. It was just like, “Jennifer has a big butt, and it’s good.

Inside the December issue which will be on sale from the 9th of November, she talks about her time at American Idol, about her relationship with her boyfriend Alex Rodriguez while shedding light on the double standards that she and other women face in the entertainment industry.
The multi-talented star who is nearing 50 believes she has taken good care of herself and it shows. Unlike others nearing 50, she says she hasn’t noticed any memory lapses or low energy, but she does admit to squinting at her phone, getting aches in the middle of her back and noticing that her muscles get loose when she dances too much (which she supplements by adding weight training into her workouts).
