How you can use self hypnosis for self improvement

You’ve probably seen movies and tv programs where hypnosis is portrayed as an instrument of mind control used to enslave the will of helpless victims and make them do and say things they would never do or say under normal conditions, and a couple of other myths and superstitions which we have conceived due to ignorance. That is not what hypnosis is about, hypnosis is a state of consciousness in which the subconscious mind can be easily approached bypassing the conscious mind.

Hypnosis acts as a gateway between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind, it is one way in which the conscious mind is put to” sleep” so that the subconscious mind can be approached directly.

Hypnosis is an ideal way for you to enhance your personal development. Whether you want to improve your personal performance in a specific field, or feel better able to handle challenging circumstances (or people), or want to foster particular desirable qualities in yourself, going into a deep trance state and using the power of hypnotic suggestion can make a huge difference.
For example, when you want to get into a specific confident and positive emotional state so that you can successfully deal with an upcoming situation that you perhaps dread, you can quickly learn how to hypnotically ‘switch on’ the state you want. And you can then reliably attach that feeling to the situation, so that in future you ‘automatically’ go into the frame of mind that you want for those situations.

Here are some steps you can follow while practicing self hypnosis

1. Close your eyes and work to rid your mind of any feelings of fear, stress, or anxiety.

2. Recognize the tension in your body, try to focus your attention on a particular object, clear your mind and observe your surroundings

3. Take slow, deep breaths. …

4. Appreciate the fact that you are now extremely relaxed. …

5. Feel a floating sensation. …

6. Repeat your statement(s) to yourself as many times as you wish.

Actually there are no plugins specially designed for S.E.O, however some plugins like “Google XML sitemaps” and “Yeast SEO” can still help by making it much easier for Google to crawl and read, thus helping your site rank higher. Although I may stand corrected, I think Yeast SEO is the best option you have. Hope this was helpful.
